Canada Square, Canary Wharf

One of the most iconic structures dominating London’s skyline, One Canada Square is 774 ft. above ground level – making it the second tallest building in the U.K. Canary Wharf is under-served by flexible, shared and co-working spaces, but there’s huge local demand as traditional occupiers are increasingly bolting on flexible offices to their core space. More and more smaller businesses are wanting to be on the estate, particularly with Crossrail opening. And there’s also a strong need for brilliant meeting and conference facilities, so that will be a big emphasis for us as well.
