This building is much closer to the market and the station than you realise (London Bridge), and almost opposite Borough Station. And secondly, when we were on site, we removed some of the ceiling tiles and saw amazing ceiling heights and a coffered concrete ceiling throughout.
A beautiful ceiling showed us the potential of the property. Architects Stiff & Trevillion worked with us to starkly change the outside and create a beautiful building inside.
